Our Founder
Vermont Living Guide was founded by Nancy Warren, who has called Vermont home for nearly three decades.
Nancy is a licensed Vermont real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience in northwestern Vermont. Over the years, she found that many of the conversations people valued most weren't necessarily about real estate. They were about homeownership, community, local businesses, seasonal living, and discovering what makes Vermont such a remarkable place to call home.
Those conversations became the foundation for Vermont Living Guide.
Today, Nancy is a contributor to Vermont Living Guide, sharing observations and experiences from decades of living and working in Vermont alongside stories and contributions from others throughout the state.
